Plastering and drylining are hard on clothing. Kneeling to board the bottom of a wall, reaching to skim a ceiling, mixing and carrying all day. Workwear needs stretch where you bend, pockets where you need tools, and fabric that copes with repeated washing.
Knees covered
Work trousers with knee-pad pockets for boarding and finishing low down. See work & knee-pad trousers and our knee pad standards guide.
Light colours if you want them
Many plasterers prefer white, grey or light-coloured kit that does not show plaster dust the way navy or black does. Your logo can go on any colour.
Smart on domestic jobs
A branded polo or sweatshirt tells the homeowner who you are and gets your name seen while the job is on.
What plastering teams typically order
A simple core kit for one plasterer or a full drylining gang, easy to top up as you take on more people.
Work trousers & shorts
Stretch, multi-pocket trousers with knee-pad pockets, plus shorts for warm days indoors.
Polos & t-shirts
Everyday branded tops for the whole team. See branded polos & tees.
Sweatshirts & hoodies
A warm layer for cold, unheated new builds. See branded hoodies & sweatshirts.
Gilets & fleeces
Warmth for the body without restricting the arms when you are skimming. See branded gilets.
Dust & eye protection
Sanding and mixing create dust. Choose respiratory and eye protection to your risk assessment. See FFP mask ratings and eye protection standards.
Boots & hi-vis
Safety footwear for site, and hi-vis where the site rules call for it. See safety boots and hi-vis workwear.
Respiratory protective equipment should be selected to your own risk assessment and, for tight-fitting masks, fit tested on the wearer. Dust masks are not a substitute for controlling dust at source.
Branding that suits the trade
With no minimum order, you can brand a single new starter's kit and keep everyone matching.
Embroidery or print
Embroidery for polos, sweatshirts and gilets; print or transfer for hi-vis. See embroidery vs print.
Where the logo goes
Left chest for the logo, and your phone number or web address across the back to match the van. See our logo placement guide.

Common questions
What workwear do plasterers need?
Most plasterers and dryliners wear stretch work trousers with knee-pad pockets, a branded polo or t-shirt, a sweatshirt or gilet for colder sites and safety footwear. Dust masks, eye protection and hi-vis depend on the task and your own risk assessment or site rules.
Can we have white or grey workwear with our logo?
Yes. Light colours are popular with plasterers because they do not show plaster dust as much. We can embroider or print your logo on most colours in the range.
Do you supply knee pads?
Yes. Knee pads that fit into knee-pad pocket trousers are available. Check the pads are the type the trouser manufacturer specifies, as the trouser and pad are designed and tested as a pair. Our knee pad guide explains the EN 14404 types and levels.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order for one person or a whole gang, and add matching kit later.
Can we try sizes first?
Yes. Free 48hr samples let your team try trousers and jackets before you place the branded order.
