- Get your quote. Use our 30 second quote wizard to price your kit. In your quote request, tell us which garments, colours and sizes you'd like to sample.
- We send your samples. We charge the samples at the quoted price and dispatch plain stock samples quickly, so your team can try them on.
- Place your order and the samples are free. When you place your bulk order, we credit the full sample cost back against it.
The terms, in plain English
- Samples are charged at the quoted price when you order them.
- When you place your bulk order, we credit the full sample cost back, so the samples end up free.
- If you decide not to go ahead, return the samples within 14 days, unworn, in their original packaging with tags on, for a refund.
- Return postage is paid by you.
- Samples are plain (undecorated) garments. Your logo is shown on a proof for you to approve before anything is made.
Why samples are worth it
Sizing varies between brands, and a fabric that looks right on screen can feel different in the hand. A few samples before a full order means the right sizes, the right weight and no surprises when the branded kit arrives.
