Retail & Shop Staff Uniforms
A customer walking into your shop should be able to spot a member of staff in a second. Branded polos, shirts, aprons and fleeces that look sharp on the shop floor, wash well at home and cost less to keep in stock than you would expect. No minimum order, so a single independent shop is as welcome as a chain.

Retail uniforms have a different job from site workwear. They are worn indoors, seen up close by customers all day, and washed at home by staff. That puts the emphasis on colour consistency, a clean logo and fabrics that still look presentable after months of washing.
Instantly recognisable
A consistent colour and logo across every member of staff so customers know who to ask, even on a busy Saturday.
Holds its colour
Fabrics chosen to keep their shade wash after wash, so the polo bought in March still matches the one bought in September.
Comfortable for a long shift
Breathable, easy-care fabrics that suit a full day on your feet, with options for warmer and cooler shops.
Retail uniform options
What shops, showrooms, garden centres and convenience stores typically order, branded and ready for the shop floor.
Branded polo shirts
The retail staple: smart, comfortable and easy to brand with an embroidered chest logo. See branded polos and t-shirts.
Shirts and blouses
For showrooms, boutiques and premium retail where a collared shirt suits the brand better than a polo.
Aprons and tabards
For food retail, garden centres, delis and anywhere staff handle stock or serve at a counter. Easy to brand and swap between shifts.
Fleeces and gilets
For chilled areas, doorways, forecourts and outdoor sales yards. See branded fleeces and jackets.
Name badges and accessories
Ask about matching caps, lanyards and badges so the whole look ties together.
Hi-vis for car parks and deliveries
For staff on trolley collection, forecourts or unloading. See our hi-vis range.
Branding that matches the shopfront
Your uniform is part of the same visual identity as the signage, the bags and the website. We match your brand colours as closely as the garment range allows and embroider or print the logo to suit the fabric.
Embroidery or print
Embroidery is the usual choice for polos and fleeces; print suits t-shirts and aprons or larger back designs. See embroidery vs print compared.
Consistent placement
Left chest logo as standard, with optional sleeve or back branding for promotions or department names. See our logo placement guide.

Common questions
We are a single independent shop. Is that too small an order?
No. There is no minimum order, so a shop with three staff gets the same pricing and branding as a chain. Logo setup is free on orders over £150.
Can we have different colours for different departments?
Yes. Many shops use one garment style in two or three colours to separate, say, the shop floor from the tills or the cafe. The logo stays the same so the overall look is still consistent.
How do we handle staff turnover and new starters?
Set up a trade account and your sizes and logo are saved. When a new starter joins, you reorder one or two garments in their size rather than placing a fresh order from scratch. See our new starter checklist.
Will the colour match our shop branding exactly?
We will get as close as the garment range allows and send a sample so you can check it against your signage before committing. Embroidery thread is matched to your logo colours at proof stage.
How quickly can we get the team kitted out?
Stock items dispatch next day. Branded items follow once you have approved the logo proof.
