Protection where a spark is a serious risk
For electrical, utilities, rail and industrial teams, the right protective clothing is part of the safe system of work. FR and arc-rated garments are designed to resist ignition and reduce burn injury if an arc flash or flash fire happens, giving your people vital seconds.
Built to resist ignition
Flame-resistant fabrics are engineered not to melt or continue burning once the heat source is removed, unlike everyday polyester workwear.
Rated, not guessed
Arc and FR garments carry stated performance certifications, so you can match kit to the hazards identified in your own risk assessment.
Branded without the compromise
We add your logo using methods suited to protective garments, so your team looks professional and the protection is respected.
What we supply for FR and arc-rated teams
A complete branded programme, mixed and matched to the roles and hazards on your sites. Order single items or kit out the whole crew, with no minimum quantity.
FR coveralls & boilersuits
Full-cover garments for electrical and industrial work where flash fire or arc is a identified risk.
Arc-rated jackets & trousers
Layerable outerwear for utilities and rail teams working outdoors in changeable conditions.
FR polos & base layers
Next-to-skin and mid layers designed to work as part of an FR clothing system rather than against it.
Hi-vis FR garments
Where visibility and flame resistance are both required, combined-performance garments cover both.
FR sweatshirts & fleeces
Warm layers for cold starts that keep the whole outfit flame-resistant, not just the outer shell.
Accessories
FR-appropriate headwear and extras to round out a consistent, branded team look.
Choosing the right level of protection is your call, based on your risk assessment. FR and arc garments are certified to recognised standards (for example EN ISO 11612 for heat and flame, IEC 61482 for arc, and EN 1149 for antistatic). We will help you find garments with the certification you need, but the required class for your work should come from your own risk assessment and, where appropriate, a competent safety adviser. Always check each product's stated certification before you rely on it.

Common questions
Which standard or arc rating do I need?
That depends on the hazards in your work, which is why it should come from your own risk assessment rather than a general recommendation. We can supply garments certified to the common FR and arc standards and help you match products to the level you have identified. New to the terms? Our guide to arc ratings and FR standards explains them in plain English.
Can you add our logo to FR and arc-rated garments?
Yes. We brand protective garments using methods appropriate to the fabric so your team looks consistent. Decoration on certified garments should follow the garment guidance, and we will advise on the sensible approach for each item.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order a single garment or kit out a whole crew, and add items for new starters whenever you need them.
Do you supply hi-vis FR garments?
Yes. Where both high visibility and flame resistance are required, we can supply combined-performance garments so you are not layering one over the other. See our hi-vis workwear range for standard high-visibility kit.
How quickly can we get kit?
Plain stock lines dispatch next day. Branded orders move quickly once your proof is approved, with free UK delivery over £250.
